Flat gaskets are being cut in our own premises. Little series are processed on fully automatic cutting machines. Bigger series are produced on punching machines with tools. Thus, we are very flexible and able to fulfil all customers’ requirements within short notice.
Springs
For the production of our standardized spring sales programme we work together with specialized producers. All other springs are purchased worldwide at excellent and leading manufacturers.
Moulded Rubber Parts
Our tooling workshop produces the necessary tools. Thus, we dispose of the key technology for the production of high-quality rubber parts. Depending on the compound, the size of the series and the shape of the piece, presses or injection moulding machines are used. Our manufacturing facility is state-of-the-art. For the preparation of the rubber compound, we co-operate with renowned specialists. All necessary instruments and measuring equipment are available for quality control.
